Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains the content safety rules that apply when you use VidSpark's AI image and video generation services. User prompts submitted for generation are screened before generation begins.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use VidSpark to create, request, upload, or distribute:
- Sexual, explicit, pornographic, suggestive, adult, or Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content.
- Sexual content involving minors, sexualized depictions of minors, child exploitation, grooming, or any content that harms minors.
- Graphic violence, extreme violence, terrorist propaganda, self-harm encouragement, or real-world harm instructions.
- Hate, harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, defamation, or incitement to violence.
- Illegal activity, fraud, malware, scams, evasion of law enforcement, or instructions for dangerous goods.
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, likeness, or other legal rights.
- Non-consensual face-swap, deepfake, face manipulation, impersonation, or misleading identity presentation.
- Attempts to bypass, evade, or weaken platform moderation, risk controls, or safety restrictions.
2. AI Generation Rules
VidSpark does not provide uncensored, unrestricted, NSFW, or adult content generation. Even when content is not immediately blocked by automated systems, we may remove content, restrict generation, suspend accounts, or take other necessary action.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploaded assets, and generation use cases are lawful, compliant, and properly authorized. You may not use VidSpark to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
4. Enforcement
If we identify violations of this policy, we may reject generation requests, remove content, restrict accounts, terminate service access, notify payment or hosting providers, and cooperate with authorities when required by law.
